Wepre Lodge No. 6055 Social Evening in Support of Deeside Community Hospital

A large contingent from other Lodges came along to support the event as did several members of the Deeside Hospital along with their friends and colleagues. The catering staff excelled in providing around 97 plates of Chicken, Chips, and Peas to the ravenous gathering with several people opting for the alternative Vegetarian option.

The evening proved to be most entertaining with the dance floor being quite crowded at times as everyone got in the party spirit. Tennessee Jack and his wife even gave us an exhibition of line-dancing.

Another event, in support of the Deeside Community Hospital, is planned for Friday, 1 June at 7:30 am by Wepre Lodge No. 6055.

The event will take the form of an entertaining mixture of Quiz questions from the usual ones to questions on musical, film clips, etc.

Admission will be £3 per person with the winner of the quiz receiving a Bottle of Champagne, a bottle of Wine for the runner-up, and a bogey prize for whoever comes last.

Irish Bingo and the ubiquitous Raffle with many prizes completes the evening. We hope to raise a lot of money so, please, come and support this very worthwhile charitable event and again, please give generously!

Wepre Lodge No. 6055 Social Evening in Support of Deeside Community Hospital

A great evening of Country & Western entertainment was provided by the aptly named Tennessee Jack to a packed hall of Freemasons, family, and friends. The evening was another social gathering organised by members of Wepre Lodge in order to raise funds for the local Deeside Community Hospital. The Hospital is currently trying to raise £25,000 to purchase (5) Nasendoscopes at a cost of some £5,000 each.
