Provincial Grand Chaplain Delivers an Easter Message
The traditional message of Easter, that darkness has been put to flight and a new light has dawned, finds us in a different situation this year. The darkness of the Covid-19 virus still covers the world, and dangers and challenges lie ahead of us. So there is all the more need to hold on to the hope of new life and renewal which Easter brings. There are signs of this all around us in the courage, generosity and self-sacrifice shown by so many. There is a hope for the future. The troubles of the present will pass. And Freemasons, who have passed through their ceremonies from darkness to light on many occasions, will be confident of this. My prayers and fraternal good wishes go to all Brethren and their families at this testing time.
