North Wales Freemasons Support Local Causes

WBro. Graham Austin Maxwell PAGDC, Group 4 Chairman, went along to present a cheque for £500.00 to Ben Rawson of St Asaph on behalf of Group 4.

Ben has had his right leg amputated to half way up to his thigh after a rare bone cancer called Ewing’s Sarcoma was diagnosed.

Ben’s appeal is for a prosthetic leg at a cost of £50,000, which will enable Ben to continue to play Hockey. The appeal is progressing on “Just Giving”.

Graham said, “it is very pleasing that Group 4 can make this donation to Ben and to continue fundraising for other local good causes.”
