North Wales Freemasons Support Denbigh Men's Shed

North Wales Freemasons are delighted to support Denbigh Men’s Shed with a donation of £1,000.

The primary function of ‘Men’s Shed’ is to offer space where disadvantaged, or socially isolated men of all ages and backgrounds can socialise, receive support and engage in a range of positive, practical activities.

The donation allowed the group to buy the materials for a new shed at their Denbigh location.

The project enabled members to work together to plan & build the much-needed shed.

The formal presentation was in the hands of David Thomas, Chairman, accompanied by several trustees supporting the opening ceremony.

David Thomas said, “I am delighted to attend today’s opening ceremony and meet the members of Denbigh Men’s Shed. North Wales Freemasons are proud to support this wonderful local community initiative.”

North Wales Masonic Benevolent Association (NWMBA) is a registered charity, representing Freemasons throughout North Wales. Founded in 1874, NWMBA has a proud history of supporting good causes throughout North Wales.
