North Wales Freemasons Donate £4,000 to Wales Air Ambulance

North Wales Freemasons presented Wales Air Ambulance with a donation of £4,000 during a visit to see the helicopter & meet the crew at their base in Caernarfon Airport.

This latest £4,000 donation from North Wales Freemasons brings the total Masonic support given to Air Ambulances across the country to £2.3million since 2007.

The grant, which comes through the Masonic Charitable Foundation, is funded by Freemasons and their families from across England & Wales.

John Hoult, Provincial Grand Master of North Wales (Elect) said “It is a pleasure to meet the crew today and to gain a little insight into their daily challenges.

On behalf of North Wales Freemasons, I am delighted to present £4,000 to this amazing charity. We are proud to support Wales Air Ambulance and pay tribute to the tireless efforts of the doctors and aircrew for their lifesaving role throughout North Wales.”

Wales Air Ambulance Fundraising Manager, Lynne Garlick said “We would like to say a huge thank you to the North Wales Freemasons for their extremely generous donation of £4,000. Each year Wales Air Ambulance attends approximately 2,500 missions. The amount raised by the group will allow us to continue our lifesaving work across Wales.”
