Flint and Denbigh County Show, 20th August 2015

Once again this year, the Masonic Province of North Wales was represented at the Flint and Denbigh County Show which was held on the 20th August 2015 at The Green, Denbigh. The Freemasons Stand was just one of over 200 stands at the show and gave a comprehensive display to the general public of the work of the Freemasons and information about our support to charity.

Also, present on the stand were the Masonic Fishing Charity and the T.L.C. Appeal North Wales. T.L.C., on the day, received a very welcome donation of £1000 from Mold Lodge No. 9150, the proceeds from their Ladies Evening and Charity event held in March. The Worshipful Master of Mold Lodge, Bro J. Catlin, presented the cheque to T.L.C. Chairman, W.Bro David Gibbison who, on behalf of the many children who would benefit from the kind donation, thanked Bro. Catlin and Members of Mold Lodge for there generosity.

Brethren from the surrounding area manned the stand and were on hand to answer questions and integrate with the general public, most of whom showed a genuine interest in the work done locally by the Freemasons.
